What Your Fees Cover:

Tuition Fees

Tuition fees cover classroom instruction, learning resources and dedicated staff support, ensuring a high-quality, values-based education.

2026 School Fees

​

Grade 1 – Grade 7
R2 170 per month, or R21 700 per annum

​

Pre-Primary
R2 375 per month, or R23 750 per annum

​

Discounted Annual Payment Options

​

Families who make a once-off annual payment may qualify for a discount, as outlined in the official 2026 School Fee Schedule.

Additional Fees

​

Some optional programmes, such as selected extra-mural activities or school trips, may carry a small additional cost to enhance your child’s overall learning experience.

​

Aftercare

​

Aftercare is charged at R1 200 per month, or R12 000 per annum, per child.

​

Security Fee

​

To help maintain a safe and secure school environment, a Security Fee of R100 per month, or R1 000 per annum, is charged per child. This fee contributes to on-site safety measures and supervision throughout the school year.

Annual Levy

​

Each learner is charged a Levy of R480 per month, or R4 800 per annum. This covers a wide range of enrichment activities and resources, including:

• Photocopy expenses

• Reading books

• Science Lab equipment

Payment Options

Instalment Plans

Monthly school fee payments are made over 10 months, from the end of January to the end of October.

​

Debit Order Payments

To streamline payments, Holy Cross Sisters’ School only accepts debit orders for monthly fee payments.

Debit orders are processed via d6 and updated within 72 hours.

Direct Deposit

​

A once-off discounted annual payment may be made via direct deposit.

​

No Cash Payments

​

For safety, cost and administrative reasons, no cash will be accepted at the office.
